The company ethos is founded on flexibility and helpful service with a smile. Unlike our competitors, you will have one single, wine expert point of contact for all your business needs. They will be highly visible, visiting you frequently, at a time suitable to you, to ensure that we are exceeding your expectations at all times. Of course, your contact will be available at the other end of the phone to answer queries or take wine orders at any time of day or night.
We also believe strongly in developing close working relationships with you and your floor team, in order to keep your wine supply as smooth-running and hassle-free as possible.

Quality
We want to bring you something special, and pride ourselves on the quality of every single wine we select. All our wines are expertly chosen from select single vineyards. Our wine list covers both European and the New World wines.

Unlike the majority of London wine importers, we have no aspirations to sell large-quantity wines from big co-operatives, and do not supply off licences or supermarkets. Our business base is quality mid-range and top-end restaurants, gastro pubs and bars, where a truly special dining experience is what your clients are looking for.

Passion
Passion and Quality go hand-in hand in the wine business. Passion for wine remains at the heart of all we do, and we only work with winemakers who share our passion. All of our suppliers are independent vineyards, (the majority in fact remain family-run businesses that have been passed from generation to generation), who have small productions. Their attention to detail, while working with the grapes that they have nurtured and harvested, ensures that the standard of each of our wines is insurmountable.

Staff Training
We offer a comprehensive staff-training service at no extra cost, and we will always invest time in training your teams – as well as a grounding in basic wine-serving techniques, this will include… ensuring your team are knowledgeable about their wine list and are also familiar with ways to encourage a greater spend per head over the course of their visit to your establishment. Your clients should leave with a positive experience in mind, and impressed with the standard of service at all levels to ensure that they return again and recommend you to others too.
